Adam West grew up in Arkansas, where his father was a pastor. While his parents were in the ministry, he realized God had a special plan for his life. This plan would develop through his love for music and his love to serve the Lord with all his heart.
While leading music at Pinecove Christian Camps in Tyler the summer before his sophomore year in college, Adam surrendered to the ministry . He enjoys all types of worship including the hymns that he grew up on and the more modern contemporary worship of today. He believes, “The purpose of any worship is to be in the presence of our Father, giving Him all He deserves not just in the service, but in each and every day of our life. We must be excited to get to worship before our Father in Heaven!”
Adam graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in music and Christian ministries. While attending Ouachita, Adam toured literally all over the world with the Ouachita Singers and the Ouachita Sounds. He was also a part of a quartet, iWitness, which traveled around the southern states.
In 2003, Adam married Julie who also graduated from Ouachita with a degree in Christian Ministries Education. God has blessed them both with gifts to share and passions to serve Him. They have a beautiful little girl, Isabella Fayth, known as “Bella.” She is a pure joy and a beauty to be around.
Adam enjoys spending time with family, water skiing, football, baseball, basketball, traveling, camping, singing, playing the piano and working with youth and children.
