Life Worth Living

God is for you!

“I have come so that you may have life and have it to the fullest.” John 10:10b

God truly has your best interest at heart. We don’t always understand His ways but we can trust that He wants us to live well and live forever with Him in heaven.

Sin is against you!

“All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God!” Romans 6:23a

Every person, from Billy Graham to Adolph Hitler, fails to meet God’s standard of perfection. This creates a serious problem because… “The wages of sin is death… Romans 6:23a

Although the Bible tells us that “sin is fun” it goes on to remind us that it is only “for a season.” All sin separates us from God and ultimately leads to eternal death apart from Him. If we sin, as we all have, then we deserve to be away from God forever.

God owes us nothing!

Although we are doomed by our sin, God in His mercy chose to provide a way out of our death sentence. “but God demonstrates His own love for us in this” that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Owing us nothing but destruction, God chose to give us life! “…but the gift of God is eternal life.” Romans 6:23b

The only requirement is that we ACCEPT His Gift!

Who do you trust?

Are you willing to stop trusting your own sin and begin trusting in the God who chose to die for you? “If we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9

God is not about sending people to Hell. Sin sends people to Hell. God desires to rescue them and bring them to heaven to be with Him. If you desire to have Life worth living then you are invited to pray from both your heart and your mouth!

Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner; I know that I deserve to be separated from you. I want to repent of my sins and stop trusting in myself more than I trust you. Come into my heart, forgive my sins and help me to live this life for you every day!!! Amen
