Legacy Giving

Two out of every three Americans do not have a will. If someone dies without a will, they die intestate. When a person dies intestate, the distribution of their assets will be determined by a probate court. This is not the best plan of stewardship for the believer. The Bible says “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children” -Proverbs 13:22 The best inheritance is not only physical but spiritual.

This is why Sunnyvale First Baptist Church is excited to offer to you the opportunity to create your legal will. It’s 100% free to you, and most people finish in 20 minutes or less.

You also might want to consider leaving a bequest to the Church. If you choose to designate a bequest you may choose “Sunnyvale FBC” from the drop-down menu when creating your will. The dropdown menu will appear after selecting “My Church” if you choose to leave a bequest.
