Because He Lives ... I’ll See the Lights of Glory
Just as the disciples were empowered at Pentecost, believers today have the same Holy Spirit to accomplish God's purposes. At Pentecost, the Spirit came with supernatural signs, enabling the disciples to speak in different languages. Peter delivered a powerful message explaining this was the fulfillment of prophecy, leading 3,000 people to repent and be baptized. The early church devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, prayer, ministry, worship, and evangelism—practices that remain the blueprint for the church today. Without the Holy Spirit's power, we are merely religious imposters, but with His empowerment, we can fulfill God's calling.
