Where Are the Nine?
Jesus encountered ten lepers who cried out for mercy as he journeyed toward Jerusalem. He commanded them to show themselves to the priests, and as they obeyed, all ten were miraculously cleansed. However, only one returned to give thanks - a Samaritan who fell at Jesus' feet in worship. While all ten received physical healing, Jesus told the grateful Samaritan that his faith had made him well, using a word that means saved. This story reveals that true faith involves not just receiving God's blessings, but returning in gratitude and worship, recognizing Him as the source of all good things.
